Show Notes: Sneakin' Sally and Curtis Loew featured Tim Rogers (who was announced as "Bobby Brown") on harmonica. Bowie began with a tease medley that included Timber, Sunshine of Your Love, Whipping Post, and several others. There was a vocal jam in Sneakin' Sally, but not in YEM. Trey spat out the names "Marco Esquandolas... Poster Nutbag...Moses Heaps...Moses DeWitt" in Antelope. Dinner and a Movie was dedicated to "our good friend Suzannah." The first set Lizards was delayed, as Trey cut on Fishman for losing his drumsticks during the gig.

Show Notes: This was the first known live Gamehendge, complete with narration. The date is incorrect, though the correct date is not known. Actually, the members of Phish were, by accounts, at a Frank Zappa concert on the evening of March 12, 1988. Chronologically, the show contained the first known version of Tela and Forbin's, though the actual date of this show might be after their separate debuts (see May 21, 1988, where Trey calls Tela a debut).

Halley's Comet and I Didn't Know featured Nancy Taube adding additional vocals; he also played drums on I Didn't Know. After Light Up, Trey introduced the crowd to Marley and sang to her both before and during YEM. BBFCFM was dedicated to Donald Fagen and Walter Becker of the band Steely Dan. Take the 'A' Train, which was preceded by HYHU teases, featured Carl Boyle on saxophone.

Show Notes: This is the infamous show when Fishman missed the first two sets, prompting the band to play two sets of jazz and standard Phish material in his absence, with Trey on drums. These opening sets are sometimes referred to as "Jazz Odyssey," as the lone known taper labeled his master tapes as such. The Antelope is hilarious -- Trey told the story of what happened to Fishman and explained that Fish, who had been at the top of a mountain and, therefore, late for the gig, had to "Run like an Antelope, out of control." Check out this tape and listen to Trey chide Fishman for his tardiness. The narration in Harpua was straightforward, with no teases. Anarchy included teases of Whipping Post. Many tapes mislabel this venue as Fly Me to the Moon Saloon.
